IL SALOTTO – where goals come true.
The SALON (Salotto) was an Italian invention of the 16th century.
A salon is a gathering of people under the roof of an inspiring host, held partly to amuse one another and partly to refine the taste and increase the knowledge of the participants through conversation.
What it is
It is a day of pure mentoring and transparent exchange, aimed at inspiring, at giving courage, at strengthening an idea, at providing the energy to start a project.
Where
We host SALOTTI in various cities, sometimes alone, sometimes inviting special guests.
For whom
Each SALOTTO has a theme and is addressed to accommodate an audience that has a dream, a project, tons of ideas to be realized and need clarity to move forward.

We talk about you and we help you avoid our mistakes thanks to 14 years of experience that have seen us start, fall, raise and grow but above all understand who we are and believe in our vision.
Content
Our workshops are modelled on the participants. You anticipate your doubts and your fears, but above all your aspirations so that the day of the meeting these topics will be discussed to help you.
Format
The SALOTTI are divided into a morning session of tutoring, an informal lunch to create new friendships and an afternoon session of Q & A and group work. Sometimes they will be in English and sometimes in Italian.
Objective
The aim is to leave the gatherings with more energy, positivity, clarity, resilience and a list of next steps that bring you closer to your dream/goal. A dream is just a dream, a goal is a dream with a plan and a deadline.
